Conflict Resolution and KCC’s Harmony Council

Even in a sangha setting where people are trying to live in harmony, conflicts arise and beg to be addressed. KCC has outlined conflict resolution procedures to help people work towards resolution. If – for whatever reason – conflict still cannot be resolved, KCC’s Harmony Council members can help facilitate resolution.
