Kyabje Bokar Rinpoche began this program for the benefit of modern practitioners who have busy lives but also wish to travel the path to awakening. The curriculum progresses through instruction on shamatha in year one, vipashyana in year two, and the union of these two in year three.

The Mandala Dance of the 21 Praises of Tara is based on a Tara practice by Chogyur Lingpa and has been honored and acknowledged by Tai Situ Rinpoche and HH Dalai Lama as well as many other esteemed teachers and lamas.
