Email Listserv Update: Changes to Community Email Lists & KCC Newsletter
We are announcing changes and clarifications for the KCC email lists and newsletter. Currently we have three different email lists whose functions have shifted over time through the pandemic. Please see below for clarification about the purpose of each email list, as well as updated addresses for two of these lists to more intuitively reflect their respective purposes:
- Announce List: This is our primary mailing list where we send all announcements regarding upcoming events at KCC, including retreats at SCOL. This email list will not change. If you would like to join this mailing list to keep up-to-date with what is happening at KCC, please click here.
- Sangha List: (formerly ). This informal email list exists for sangha members to read and post information about prayer requests, rides needed, rooms for rent, recommendations and resources, etc. This email list also receives the weekly Happenings email and relevant updates from KCC. If you are already on the community email list and would like to remain, you do not need to do anything. However, to send emails to this same community list (now called Sangha List), you must now use the new email address .
- Communications List: (formerly ). This email list was initially created to send Zoom links at the beginning of the pandemic, but has since evolved into an alternative to the sangha email list for those who would like to receive only the Happenings email and relevant updates from KCC. This list does not have sangha discussion, only information updates from KCC staff and volunteers.
For the Sangha List or the Communications List, if you would like to sign up, remove yourself, or switch your subscription, please send an email to with your full name, email address and clearly specify which list you would like to join, leave or switch between.
