6 Sept 2022 – Board Highlights
Dear Sangha:
Due to the scheduled absence of two Board members on the third Sunday of September, the September KCC board meeting was conducted on 6 September 2022. It was a closed meeting as a significant part of the agenda was HR-related.
In addition to the HR discussion, the Board:
- Authorized the expenditure of $10,000 from the Board reserve fund to hire a strategic planning consultant.
- Authorized entering a contractual agreement with Solid Ground consulting to conduct strategic planning.
Prior to the September Board meeting, the Board approved (via email) a request from the SCOL Team for the use of SCOL by KCC-related individuals for non-KCC retreat activities.
