KCC Leadership Retreat 2024
Dear Sangha,
The weekend of September 20-22, KCC conducted a leadership retreat at our Retreat Center, SCOL, near Goldendale, Washington.
The weekend began with a group dinner on Friday and concluded with lunch on Sunday. Throughout the retreat, staff, board members, and active volunteers reviewed KCC’s new strategic plan and collaborated to outline key actions for the coming year.
But it wasn’t all work—there were also lively vocal rehearsals for the upcoming Karmaoke fundraiser, informal group hikes, tea and Turkish coffee gatherings, and, of course, meditation sessions.
We left with deeper connections within the group, profound gratitude for the dedicated efforts that have made KCC what it is today, and renewed clarity and enthusiasm for KCC’s path ahead.
