Kyabje Bokar Rinpoche began this program for the benefit of modern practitioners who have busy lives but also wish to travel the path to awakening. The curriculum progresses through instruction on shamatha in year one, vipashyana in year two, and the union of these two in year three. |

On the second and fourth Sundays of each month, from 9:00 to 11:00 am, we offer the Sunday Morning Children’s Program. This program normally starts in September and runs through the second Sunday in June. In July and August we meet once a month on the fourth Sunday. We require that at least one parent or guardian be present at KCC when their child attends. |

The Mandala Dance of the 21 Praises of Tara is based on a Tara practice by Chogyur Lingpa and has been honored and acknowledged by Tai Situ Rinpoche and HH Dalai Lama as well as many other esteemed teachers and lamas. These are simple movements that anyone can learn, no experience necessary, open to all. |
