Join us this Sunday after the morning sit for a presentation on The Second Era of KCC: The 1980's as part of an ongoing series celebrating 50 years of KCC.

At the beginning of each session, brief instruction to the practice of Shamatha will be given.  After a 45-minute session, there will be a teaching or question-and-answer period with participants.
