Shamatha Meditation – AM
The foundation of Buddhist meditation is Shamatha, a meditation that develops stable attention which serves as the essential underpinning of all other meditation practices. After a one-hour session and a 10-minute break, there will be a teaching or question-and-answer period with participants.
Newcomers Session
The session is intended for individuals who are either unfamiliar with Buddhist practice or are new to KCC. All are welcome and invited to attend.
