Thursday Silent Sit
A silent sit is offered on Thursdays, from 11:00 AM to noon, hosted by members of the sangha at KCC. A bell will ring at noon to close the session, and anyone who’d like to stay for a brown‑bag lunch is warmly welcome.
Living the Wisdom of Lojong: A Course in Applied Mind Training
This group offers an opportunity to explore the classic Buddhist teachings known as Lojong, or “mind training.” In this new cycle, we’ll place special emphasis on practice and integration.
