Week of Events
Children’s Program
On the second and fourth Sundays of each month, from 9:00 to 11:00 am, we offer the Sunday Morning Children’s Program. We require that at least one parent or guardian be present at KCC when their child attends.

Green Tara Morning Practice
The practice of Green Tara belongs to the Vajrayana class of meditations. Tara is considered the embodiment of the activity of all the buddhas.
Chenrezi Practice
The practice of Chenrezi — the embodiment of the compassion of all the buddhas — is an excellent introduction to yidam practice of vajrayana Buddhism.
White Tara Practice Review
During this event, the White Tara reading transmission and instructions will be given (not the empowerment). Lama Eric will review the various aspects of the practice, along with guiding meditations on the sadhana. There will be opportunities to ask questions and get clarification on difficult points.
