A silent sit is offered on Thursdays, from 11:00 AM to noon, hosted by members of the sangha at KCC. A bell will ring at noon to close the session, and anyone who’d like to stay for a brown‑bag lunch is warmly welcome.

These monthly discussion groups, held on the first Saturday of each month, have been organized to allow for more guided practice and conversation around the teachings shared by Elizabeth Callahan's course on Moonbeams of Mahamudra.
On the second and fourth Sundays of each month, from 9:00 to 11:00 am, we offer the Sunday Morning Children’s Program. The last few months, the children’s program has been practicing mindfulness through art, and the kids will have some of their work on display. At the beginning of each session, brief instruction to the practice of Shamatha will be given. After a 45-minute session, there will be a teaching or question-and-answer period with participants.
