Shamatha Meditation AM – (Short Session)
The foundation of Buddhist meditation is Shamatha, a meditation that develops stable attention which serves as the essential underpinning of all other meditation practices. Please Note: Due to Drupon Khenpo's visit, today's Shamatha Meditation will be from 9:00 - 9:30 AM only.
Shamatha Meditation – PM
At the beginning of each session, brief instruction to the practice of Shamatha will be given. After a 45-minute session, there will be a teaching or question-and-answer period with participants.
