For those of you who have received vipashyana instructions in the Bokar Mahamudra Seminar, on this Sunday there will be a practice and review session.
Shamatha Meditation – PM
At the beginning of each session, brief instruction to the practice of Shamatha will be given. After a 45-minute session, there will be a teaching or question-and-answer period with participants.
