Bokar Mahamudra Program

Lama Eric will give an overview of the Vajrasattva practice, principally for those in the Bokar Rinpoche Mahamudra Program, but anyone can join. He’ll cover the purpose of the practice (purification) and how to do a session of it from beginning to end with plenty of tips for remaining engaged.

For those of you who have received vipashyana instructions in the Bokar Mahamudra Seminar, on this Sunday there will be a practice and review session.

Those who started the Bokar Mahamudra Seminar in September are due to begin mandala practice at the beginning of April. Even if you’re not in the program but are interested in the practice, you’re welcome to attend.

Those who started the Bokar Mahamudra Seminar in a September are due to begin the guru yoga practice at the beginning of July. If you are not part of the Mahamudra Program but have done the practice, you are welcome to join.
