Guru Yoga Practice Review Session
June 13, 10:00 am - 12:00 pm

Teacher: Lama Eric Triebelhorn
In person at KCC and over Zoom
Those who started the Bokar Mahamudra Seminar in a September are due to begin the guru yoga practice at the beginning of July. If you are not part of the Mahamudra Program but have done the practice, you are welcome to join. If you can’t attend, it will be recorded and put on the website here (where you can find other review videos).
The previous three practices of refuge and prostrations, Vajrasattva, and the mandala offering have served to lessen the veils that obscure our true nature, especially those that come from harmful actions of body, speech, and mind, respectively. The practice of guru yoga is about coming into the blessings of the lineage.
See some of you there!
