Meditate
Welcome to Kagyu Changchub Chuling, a center for Buddhist meditation in the Tibetan tradition. We offer a range of weekly meditation practice options to suit meditators at all levels. Each week, there are several opportunities to practice Shamatha meditation — a technique for developing stable attention — and vajrayana practices Chenrezi and Green Tara, which involve visualization and mantra recitation. Resident Lama Eric Triebelhorn offers guidance for each practice on a regular basis.
These meditations are open to all. Read more about each of these practices and view our practice schedule by following the links below.

Study
KCC also hosts several study groups that investigate and discuss the application of Tibetan Buddhist teachings and practices in the context of contemporary daily life. These groups may explore traditional and current texts in detail; participants enjoy spirited discussions regarding their relevance to current events and their personal experience of bringing the teachings ‘off the cushion.’ Follow the links below to learn more.
