Vajrasattva Practice Instruction
December 20, 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm
Teacher: Lama Eric Triebelhorn
In-person at KCC and over Zoom
Lama Eric will give an overview of the Vajrasattva practice, principally for those in the Bokar Rinpoche Mahamudra Program, but anyone can join. He’ll cover the purpose of the practice (purification) and how to do a session of it from beginning to end with plenty of tips for remaining engaged.
If you’d like a preview, you can watch last year’s video here.
