Mahamudra shamatha establishes the space in which we behold the nature of mind. This program will explore these instructions as presented in Dakpo Tashi Namgyal’s Moonbeams of Mahamudra, an early comprehensive work in this tradition.

This group offers an opportunity to explore the classic Buddhist teachings known as Lojong, or “mind training.” In this new cycle, we’ll place special emphasis on practice and integration. Together, we’ll reflect, discuss, and apply these aphorisms, bringing their wisdom into the challenges and opportunities of modern life.
On the second and fourth Sundays of each month, from 9:00 to 11:00 am, we offer the Sunday Morning Children’s Program. This program normally starts in September and runs through the second Sunday in June. In July and August we meet once a month on the fourth Sunday. We require that at least one parent or guardian be present at KCC when their child attends.
