Milarepa Guru Yoga and Ritual Feast

Kyabje Bokar Rinpoche was the principal teacher of Lama Eric and many others at KCC. He passed from this world rather suddenly on August 17, 2004. The anniversary of such masters is considered a good occasion to recall their kindness, make offerings, and engage in dharma practice.

This year, August 17^th falls on a Sunday. We will gather for our regular 9:00am meditation and discussion, however, we will end this gathering 10:30am to set up for Milarepa Guru Yoga. This will begin at 11:00am and finish by 12:30pm. There will be some simple food afterwards.

You do not need an empowerment to do this practice as a celebration. All are welcome, and there will be concise instructions to help you meaningfully engage in the session. There is no cost for the event, but if you like, you can donate to KCC whatever you like on this auspicious day.
