Essence of Buddhism Study Group

Beginning August 10, 2023 Lama Eric Triebelhorn led a study group on The Essence of Buddhism by Traleg Kyabgon. This comprehensive guide discusses many of the foundational aspects of Buddhism. Written by a deeply trained Tibetan teacher who spent many years teaching in the West, it presents the philosophy and practice of the Buddhist path in an accessible way. The study group included brief presentations of the material, small group conversations, and sharing in the larger group.

Video from this class are available here.

This study group temporarily takes the place of the long running Mind Training Study Group that Tim Campbell has facilitated for the past 10 years. The Mind Training Study Group will resume once we have concluded with the Essence of Buddhism text.
