Mandala Dance of the 21 Praises of Tara

February 24, 6:30 pm - 8:00 pm

The Mandala Dance of the 21 Praises of Tara is based on a Tara practice by Chogyur Lingpa and has been honored and acknowledged by Tai Situ Rinpoche (the Lama that suggested to create an organization 38 years ago:  www.taradhatu.org) and HH Dalai Lama (who invited the Dancers to come offer it and teach in Dharamsala many years ago), as well as many other esteemed teachers and lamas. These are simple movements that anyone can learn, no experience necessary, open to all. The Mandala Dance is a beautiful standalone practice that helps us deepen into our Sacred Nature and embodying our practices. Traditionally ‘Cham’ (Sacred Dance) has been a vital aspect of these precious lineage teachings as a way to integrate Body, Mind, Spirit and give rise to our inherent Joy!
Phyllis Moses has been authorized to teach the Mandala Dance and has been sharing it for the past 14 years.

Dana (donations) welcomed to benefit KCC. For any questions, please contact Phyllis.
