The Essence of Meditation: Letting Go into Being
So much of our unease, self-criticism, despondency, or stress is caused by thoughts and patterns of thinking that we are often barely aware of. Meditation is about becoming more and more familiar with the essence of our being—that which lies beneath all fleeting experiences and is a source of inherent well being. This retreat is an opportunity to engage more deeply in this process and can equally serve as an introduction to or as an infusion of inspiration for this path of discovery.
