Week of Events
Lama Chimey will provide detailed instructions about the practice of Chenrezi on alternating first Sundays from 9:00am to 12:30pm. She will walk participants through the practice several times and there is also space for questions and discussion. All are welcome.
At the beginning of each session, brief instruction to the practice of Shamatha will be given. After a one-hour session and a 10-minute break, there will be a teaching or question-and-answer period with participants.

This is an informal session to share thoughts, questions, ideas, and writing with the wish to strengthen connections within the sangha. These sessions are typically theme-based. Everyone is welcome!
This is a group meditation with very brief instruction.
This evening's practice includes instruction by Lama Eric Triebelhorn. The practice of Green Tara belongs to the vajrayana class of meditations. Tara is considered the embodiment of the activity of all the buddhas.
The practice of Chenrezi — the embodiment of the compassion of all the buddhas — is an excellent introduction to yidam practice of vajrayana Buddhism.
The Mind Training study group approaches the Tibetan Buddhist mind training teachings through the method of the Three Wisdoms of Gampopa: study, contemplation, and meditation.
