Week of Events
The KCC monthly Sangha Meeting is open to all to ask questions, listen to others, offer suggestions, etc.
At the beginning of each session, brief instruction to the practice of Shamatha will be given. After a one-hour session and a 10-minute break, there will be a teaching or question-and-answer period with participants.
Participation in the study group is open to all but the Zoom meetings are done by password-protected invitation email. Anyone who is interested should contact the organizer.
The practice of Green Tara belongs to the vajrayana class of meditations. Tara is considered the embodiment of the activity of all the buddhas.
On the third Wednesday of every month, Lama Eric leads the Chenrezi sadhana and offers instruction.
The session is intended for individuals who are either unfamiliar with Buddhist practice or are new to KCC. All are welcome and invited to attend.
This group meets monthly to explore becoming Allies for full inclusion of all beings without exception.
To support practitioners of the Mahamudra Program, Lama Eric Triebelhorn offers quarterly teachings on the preliminary practices to review these meditations and clarify any questions.
