Mahamudra and Yidam Seminar 2022
The 2022 seminar will be led by Khenpo Rinpoche, the successor of Bokar Rinpoche and abbot of Bokar Monastery. This seminar was first scheduled for 2020 in Ibiza but was postponed due to the pandemic.

At the beginning of each session, brief instruction to the practice of Shamatha will be given. After a one-hour session and a 10-minute break, there will be a teaching or question-and-answer period with participants.

The Mind Training study group approaches the Tibetan Buddhist mind training teachings through the method of the Three Wisdoms of Gampopa: study, contemplation, and meditation.
