To support practitioners of the Mahamudra Program, Lama Eric Triebelhorn offers quarterly teachings on the preliminary practices to review these meditations and clarify any questions.
At the beginning of each session, brief instruction to the practice of Shamatha will be given. After a one-hour session and a 10-minute break, there will be a teaching or question-and-answer period with participants.
After practice at KCC, join fellow sangha members clean and tidy the Portland center from the meditation hall to the basement.
