We come together to share our hearts' joy with simple movements based on Tara’s practices. All traditional cultures celebrate life with music, song, art & dance! No experience is necessary, all genders welcome, all ages welcomed, and no commitments to undertake other than to your own Presence!
At the beginning of each session, brief instruction to the practice of Shamatha will be given. After a one-hour session and a 10-minute break, there will be a teaching or question-and-answer period with participants.
On the second and fourth Sundays of each month, from 9:00 to 11:00 am, we offer the Sunday Morning Children’s Program.
After practice at KCC, join fellow sangha members clean and tidy the Portland center from the meditation hall to the basement.
