During this special half-day of practice on First Sundays, Lama Eric Triebelhorn provides detailed instructions about the practice of Shamatha from 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM, followed by a potluck lunch. These Shamatha Half-Day Sits happen in odd-numbered months: January, March, May, July, September, and November.
ZOOM only. At the beginning of each session, brief instruction to the practice of Shamatha will be given. After a one-hour session and a 10-minute break, there will be a teaching or question-and-answer period with participants.
