Brief instruction to the practice is provided before every session. Lama Eric Triebelhorn provides detailed instructions about the practice of Shamatha on alternating first Sundays from 9:00am to 12:30 including a question and answer session. These Half-Day Sits happen in odd-numbered months: January, March, May, July, September, and November.
