DESCRIPTION:The practice of Green Tara belongs to the Vajrayana class of meditations. Tara is considered the embodiment of the activity of all the buddhas. \nThe practice text is chanted in English on the second and fourth Monday of the month\, and in Tibetan on the third and fifth Monday of the month. \nThe practice is led alternately by Lama Eric and Ani Tsultrim. \nYou do not need to have received the Green Tara empowerment to attend. \nTo attend via Zoom: use the “Connect to Zoom” button that appears below 15 minutes prior to each session (e.g.\, at 6:45am on Monday).
