The first event of the Sattva Social Club will be on Friday, March 19th at 7pm on Zoom to watch Wandering…But Not Lost. The Path of Letting Go Without Giving Up. The event is free and an informal discussion will follow the movie for those who would like to stay afterward.

At the beginning of each session, brief instruction to the practice of Shamatha will be given. After a one-hour session and a 10-minute break, there will be a teaching or question-and-answer period with participants.
