Calm Abiding (Zhinay in Tibetan, Shamatha in Sanskrit) is a basic sitting meditation that develops stable attention and provides the basis for investigating more subtle aspects of awareness. It is the foundation of spiritual practice at KCC.
Join us for Sunday morning Calm Abiding practice all but first Sundays of each month.
We also offer our Children’s Program on second and fourth Sunday mornings during the school year.
